RssHuman Services Professional

I am very interested in finding a social service job that effectively utilizes the knowledge and skills that I have gained over the last 15 years. Based on my skills in social service management (10+ years), case management, counseling, supervision, and resource development, I am confident that I would be a great addition to any service-based agency. I have focused my career on establishing programs to fill the gaps in service for Arizona rural elders (in 6 AZ counties) and their families over the last 10 years, I am a detail-oriented person with a passion for helping others take the steps they need to live happy healthy lives. I have worked with many individuals and families to set up a case plan and monitor progress. My approach to case management is from a strengths-based and consumer-driven perspective. Having worked in Yavapai and La Paz counties, I have a good knowledge of the community resources available, but I am also good at seeking out and developing resources that aren’t available. If necessary, I am ready to relocate
