- Review medical/dental enrollment information for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter complete enrollment into the system. Verify the accuracy of HMO members ID cards and forward to members
• Review information on the enrollment forms and add coordination of benefits and pre-existing condition notices to system when appropriate and necessary. Communicate with internal and external customers via telephone and written correspondence on any issues dealing with eligibility, benefits and contractual issues for patients.
• Analyzes reports to maintain synchronized computer systems. Consult independently with plan sponsors and internal departments on issues and options.
• Work in call center to answer questions and resolve issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers and plan sponsors. Explain member’s rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract. Work to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Access information from a variety of systems and references. Effectively document contact members.
• Review pension enrollment information for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter complete enrollment information into the system, set up projection and commencement packages, pension verifications, stop & reissues of pension checks, direct deposit and also set up tax changes for pension checks.
• Review 401(k) enrollment information for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinating 401(k) transactions for withdrawals, transfers, purchasing or selling stocks, rollovers in or out, final distributions, change contributions, set up or close out 401 (k) plans.
