  • On a daily basis, sorted personnel rosters, sent reports to Command Staff including information such as, number of soldiers in the unit, names, ranks, present for duty, on leave, or attending school. I have learned to in process and out process soldiers, placed them in there perspective company and or in transition to new unit or post. Prepared personnel accounting and strength management reports for approximately 800 personnel and resolved and researched any discrepancies in personnel accountability. Obtained permission to use the eMILPO roster to transfer, add, or remove personnel from the daily status report. Performed data entry, completed personnel data transactions before deadlines, maintained 100% confidentiality of all personnel records. Maintained the accountability of office equipment valued at more the $10,000. Excelled while serving as rear detachment Squad leader for the medical platoon insuring appointments were made on time and escorting Soldiers when needed. Assisted Soldiers with in/out processing and compiles an accurate database with the proper number of personnel required to complete work force objectives.

  • I was a team leader of 4 to 6 Soldiers and in charge of their daily welfare, kept them informed of daily tasks and made sure they were trained proficiently in performing their jobs. I was selected ahead of my peers to a secondary duty/position as the company’ Retention Non Commissioned Officer. As the RNCO, I was responsible for organizing, updating, and keeping 100% accuracy of company records. I kept track of our monthly windows of 90/60/and 30 day reductions in personnel. These reports were submitted to senior leadership, I would then contact these Soldiers by telephone, email, and in writing to provide them with the latest information and opportunities that were available to them for reenlistment.
