Managed budget including forecasting, monitoring, and variance analysis.  Solely responsible for classified message pickup and safeguarding.  Responsible for written performance reports, and complex correspondence.  Increased mailroom production 50% while reducing costs 25% by using networking capabilities of copiers.  Developed and implemented a telecommunications contract system that enable 100% paperless processing of over 150K contracts per year, saved nearly $2M in storage costs. Trained 24 field offices in the implementation of this system.
