Motivated Qualified Insurance Manager

I am searching for a position that will allow me to utilize not only my current MBA education but also my experience of over 20 years. This includes management, training and development as well as litigation, quality control and regulation compliance including SOx. . I can perform effectively and work together with clients, peers, management, & others. I am able to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and functions, prioritize changing workloads, and maintain a high level of team performance under time pressure. I am both an independent worker as well as a team player. I utilize research, along with other available resources to overcome problems to find answers to difficult or unusual questions, create solutions to problems, provide information, and make recommendations to management. I am capable of working effectively with other people and using strong leadership, consulting, customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence and interact with corporate officers and managers within the organization. My experience allows me to arrive at a resolution from multiple perspectives.
