At a previous employer the computer systems were undergoing an upgrade. I was responsible for getting all of the employees trained and prepared to switch to the new system. I handled this by easing the employees into the training on the system and as they felt more comfortable with their abilities on it, I gave them more practice and put them in charge of working with someone who was having more trouble with it than they were. I showed them how the new system would be more efficient and offer more functionality than the old system. |
