As IT Administrator / IT Engineer,
To manage and maintain the following IT and communication infrastructure:
• Network Infrastructure (including lease line),Wireless
• Desktop and Peripheral equipment support
• Setup,configuration,maintenance of Factory Servers and Application Servers
(DNS,WINS,DHCP,Print Server,File Server etch.
• Private Automated Branch Exchange System (PABX)
To support the deployment of Information Management System in Batam
To ensure the uptime of our IT infrastructure mentioned in the above points.
Server and Desktop Infrastructure:
- Helpdesk Support and resolve infrastructure problems
- Coordinate maintenance and server repairs
- Setup and configure PC to Domain and patches on the desktops
- Ensure that server back-up and patches are carried out successfully and
accordingly
- Review the needs of infrastructure, desktop and server upgrading.
General:
- Manage Yearly IT Budget
- Update IT Inventory (Desktop, Servers, UPS, Hub Switches, Printers/Scanners,
Spare parts)
Telecommunication System:
- PABX programming and Backup the configuration on weekly basis
- Coordinate the maintenance PABX systems with the suppliers
- Setup,Support and maintain VoIP link between Batam and Singapore
- Liaise with Vendor for support activities
Authorities for Decision Making:
- Project Planning and Control
- Infrastructure Maintenance Coordination and Planning
- Recommend Infrastructure Upgrading
