I am a seasoned IT professional that has spend most of my career supporting a server farm environment. I am ready to resume my goal of obtaining a leadership role as a team lead, supervisor or manager. I feel that my years experience in a help desk environment, support PC customers, and supporting the server infrastructure allows me to lead a team of like-minded individuals to success. My leadership experience at Lexmark allowed me to spread my leadership wings and branch out to hiring/firing, budget management and future growth of the team and environment.
