National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) Panelist at 31st Annual National Conference Under the direction of NAHAM faculty, collaborative of 4 hospitals in different states addressed the issue of denial of payment at their respective hospitals. Hospitals developed goals, shared current processes, identified gaps and worked on improvements. Best practices were shared during monthly conferences and metrics were posted on a shared site online.
