In my current position I am an executive assistant/office manager to the CEO/owner of the agency as well as an insurance agent. Along with all operations of the agency, I manage the CEO's personal and professional affairs with extreme confidentiality and discretion. In addition, I correspond with high level executives from other financial and insurance firms as well as provide support to our agents when they have issues or concerns. Managing personal and professional calendars, coordinating communications intended for existing and potential clients, creating brochures and presentations, and maintaining the paper and electronic filing system are just a few of my duties. Other duties include, sending flowers, buying gifts, scheduling personal appointments and more. As an agent myself, I assist groups and individuals in determining insurance needs and selecting appropriate plans, including life, annuities, long term care, and disability. Additionally, I offer clients comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement planning and estate planning. Furthermore, over the past 2.5 years we have developed a program for charitable funding and I have gained experience in all avenues of this venture.
