I have to create account summary reports for our Chief Financial Office in order to keep track of our print tracking. As an architecture office, we print a huge amount of project-related large-scale drawings for our clients, in addition to the regular amount of printing in an office environment. Because we have so many clients, it is important to be able to bill them properly, so the office does not hemorrhage funds. Once I took over these reports, we were able to save a large amount of money in just a few months. Also, creating a new inventory system for our office has led to the office saving more money. Before I implemented this new system, the office was spending too much money too many times a month. My focus with these tasks was to allow the office to save money and tighten up the organization of the day-to-day business.
