Major Responsibilities

Freedom to work independently, thereby discovering the best options for me, which in both cases became accepted company wide. Created order template system which was database linked and pulled pre-set critical information from customer's account, verses using generic purchased order forms. Created Microsoft Access database of customer information for my territory as well as my coworker (who I backed up during vacations, etc.) This database format became the example for the whole company, encompassing all territories and queried by all departments for mass mailings and defined customer specs.
