System Implementation - I took an upper class amenity center and turned it around with the implementation of organizational techniques as well as rule revision and enforcement. Executive Support - I took a brand new volunteer Board of Directors and taught them how to manage and support a community center and association that will contain 3200+ homes when built out (currently, they set at about 415 homes).
