Responsibilities
Manage the daily functions of the NYCT Safety Analysis Unit including supervising a dynamic area of automation support and the maintenance of NYCT Employee and Customer Incident Databases.
Produce analysis for executive level request from vice presidents, chief officers, senior vice president, and the president of NYCT on a regular basis. Work with all levels of personnel to ensure reporting and analysis are at their highest levels of accuracy.
Increased the speed of receivables by renewing migration from legacy database systems (MS FoxPro) to up-to-date technology including MS Access ’02, Oracle Discoverer, MySQL, SQL and VB front-end interfaces.
