I currently work at a medical transcription firm where they have hired a new manager who micromanages and does things directly contradicting the owner's methods. I do, however, love my work. I also worked as a teacher/instructor for a high school and at the University of SC. I was totally comitted to my students while maintaining straight As and being the mother of a 3-year-old. I am responsible, and I want my employer to trust me to determine the best way for me to manage my time and workload.
