Responsibilities
I am currently responsible for analyzing the effects of small molecules on brain neurotransmitter and transporter systems. I do this using LC/MS/MS and/or HPLC with electrochemical detection. I am part of a team that discovered that LC/MS/MS can be used for determining receptor occupancy of compounds without using radioligands.
