Responsibilities
One of the duties I most enjoyed was planning formal and on-the-job training for my employees for the year. I liked helping them to gain the experience and knowledge needed to help them excel at their job and plan for the next one.
My least favorite job was deciding what deserving projects would not be funded this year, in a time of steadily decreasing budgets.
