Member of the Project Management Office, running a variety of projects in support of all IS functions, as well external departmental offices, supporting web, SAN, networking as well as web-based and client-server application technologies. Taking the lead within the Project Office to maintain communications within the group, as well as across IS stakeholder groups, holding recurring meetings, and constantly sharing milestones.
• Project Manager on HP Project and Portfolio Management Suite (PPM) Implementation across IS organization, which includes creation and development of project request / proposal as well as full project life cycle workflow; this will be an essential vehicle to promote the value of a central PMO, which is a necessity to achieve efficiencies across IS to better utilize University resources
