Launched Peer Review process for Agent application and Claims areas, which found over 2500 defects during development and saved over $1M in first quarter of implementation. � Led creation of a Quality Metrics scorecard, determined metrics on which to report, and created metrics reporting infrastructure. � Launched Defect Management (DM) organization providing DM processes, metric collection, and defect trend analysis services to entire systems department (over 9000 associates). � Helped create and implement internal lifecycle development process that enables consistent development and delivery of products.� Led development of four web-based training courses and two instructor-led training courses for over 9000 Systems associates. � Evaluated and implemented multi-platform Rational Tool Suite and training for 2000+ users.� Managed staff of approximately 20 to meet on- and off-shore business needs.� Performed independent Quality and testing assessments of strategic initiatives, developed and implemented strategies which implemented assessment recommendations.
