Highlights:
I lead a team to coordinate logistics such as program design, integration, budget allocation, quality control and evaluation for a portfolio consisting of many superior programs. Presenting outcomes to high level personnel such as Corporate Presidents and Executive Officers across the country is all in a day’s work in my current position.
I have extensive experience in developing program goals and objectives both during the implementation process as well as on an ongoing basis. My portfolio of services includes products such as biometric screenings, health risk assessments, telephonic programs (lifetyle and disease management), web-based tools, nurselines, case management, onsite progrraming and other services. In addition, I deliver many of these products through third-party vendor management. I also have experience working with diverse populations within managed care as well as direct-to employer relationships.
Additionally, I am responsible for providing support to sales teams. In fact, I have also presented at countless sales presentations as the primary representative for our company. I recently had a large role in winning a very sizeable contract as the lead sales consultant. I not only excel at presenting to prospective groups but am very experienced with providing support to address follow-up questions and inquiries.
