Put me on the toughest problems, then let me make solutions happen. I've learned how to get 12 hours out of 10 hours and will give 110% if I'm not under anyone's thumb. An avid reader and researcher. Like data and metrics to make my case over emotion but my presentation will always include great passion for what I believe. People generally want to 'come to my party' and go where I'm leading them. The people I rub the wrong way are those who like quiet efficiency over extroversion; those who prefer compliance over risk taking; and those for whom 'diversity' is limited to skin color, religion, and sexual preference. The greatest success comes from diversity in all it's shapes, sizes, iterations, thoughts, and perspectives.
