Highly successful firm-wide migration to Interwoven Filesite from DocsOpen (Document Management System)
Successful implementation of InterAction 5.0 (CRM), after two failed attempts prior to employment, and Tikit Reaction Server (contact verification and mailing management).
Rolled out BlackBerry to all attorneys, directors and senior managers in all offices.
Put into practice a firm wide dinner system that incorporated organized catered weekly dinners with an attorney-mentoring program.
Restructured client/matter intake process and form and in progress of implementing workflow software and automated client/mater form. Currently moving forward with other workflow projects.
Implemented new HR/Benefits/Payroll system. Currently in Phase II which includs employee self-service, open enrollment and integration to enterprise systems.
