Middleware Project Manager of 24 projects; majority consisted of all
new software code to support SBC on the enterprise level for Credit and
Collections Management Business Integration Service. 75% of these
projects where high profile with large return on investments and
accelerated timelines. On all projects: met milestones, software
releases on time, proactively requested concurrence and addressed
issues, incorporated Leadership feedback, maintained win/win with core
teams and clients with high quality. Managed projects with CMM Level 2
procedures, SDLC process within middleware technology software
development from start to finish via development with cross-functional
project teams consisting of 5 to 50 members. Middleware software
technology connected to legacy systems and J2EE platforms. Software
development consisted of the Business Access Services, Access/Web
Services, resource connectors and the Middleware JMS/JAI Application
using: WebSphere, JAVA, XML, HTML, Oracle, Enterprise Message Bus,
ExecuStar, MQ Workflow, ORBIX, Vicuña, and more.
Key Results: • Project managed three middleware projects within the #1
priority project for SBC IT (Credit Scoring & Management) in
2004/2005 and met all success criteria. Managed middleware scope of all
new code for three separate components to interface with two clients
and one external vendor/application. The overall project’s ROI was
$500M.
• Project managed eight large, complex middleware projects that were
top SBC priorities. They were aggressively accelerated for the Call
Center Transformation Plan Project, via interfacing with four different
clients and four backend collections applications. All success criteria
were met.
