I'm flexible

Currently I have many job responsibilities, so I am going to note two of the most enjoyable and important ones. The first is economic development for the City. I invite and work with companies to look at our downtown and industrial sites for future development. There are several ways I do this - by email, phone calls, meetings, and by keeping the City's webpage up-to-date with all the latest economic development information. Secondly, I am the City's grant writer. I currently have eight applications out that we are waiting to hear results on. I work with many different groups at the state level for funding. Both of these jobs require professionalism, good people and communication skills, and the thorough knowledge and research on each company, grant, or program.
