The most relevant experience over the last two years includes the Heineken Red Star Soul Tour, which we created as a team of three full-time employees at Mandalay Alliance Entertainment. We were hired by Heineken to create a music tour that stars Heineken as a promotional event that targets African American males between the ages of 21 and 34 spanning across eight cities nationwide. I have been in charge of preparing and maintaining a budget of just under $1 million, finding the venues and negotiating the contracts, working with the talent coordinator to solidify the contracts with the artists and obtain their technical riders, coordinating the load-in schedule as well as the run-of-show, and actively seeing the events through with one week between each event. This took an immense amount of coordination with three different Heineken agencies in charge of other elements of the tour including branding, public relations, and legal compliance.
