Worked closely with the merchants and was responsible for all branding, packaging, fixture development, fixture layouts, merchandising layouts, plano-grams, display communication to the stores, advertising, creative development, signing, promotional direction, merchandise allocation, seasonal allocations, regional and store specific merchandising, inventory management, and distribution. Developed and implemented the photographic signing program. Responsibilities included the yearly District Managers meeting including facilities, agenda, speechwriting, entertainment, displays, and overall message.
