I believe that if a company develops a well integrated set of engineering processes that incorporate engineering best practices, these processes will support audits for ISO or CMMI. Throughout my career with Boeing�s Space Exploration Division, I have designed, developed and deployed integrated engineering processes for high profile, safety critical systems including the Space Shuttle and International Space Station.

Highlights:
- Established a common approach for integrating Space Exploration Division sites (Houston, Kennedy Space Center, Huntsville and Huntington Beach) and set up an Engineering Control Board to deal with budget, process, people and tool issues.- Improved people processes using Lean tools to value stream map current and future process states. Worked with HR to create site stabilization board/tools to track workforce.- Launched the first American software on the Space Station, the Node Control Software, that has continued to run flawlessly since 1998.Companies I like:
