Highlights:

- Established a common approach for integrating Space Exploration Division sites (Houston, Kennedy Space Center, Huntsville and Huntington Beach) and set up an Engineering Control Board to deal with budget, process, people and tool issues.- Improved people processes using Lean tools to value stream map current and future process states. Worked with HR to create site stabilization board/tools to track workforce.- Launched the first American software on the Space Station, the Node Control Software, that has continued to run flawlessly since 1998.
