Highlights:
Walked into a highly volatile market-place where the dealers, were considering, boycotting The Californian. The Dealers had formed an association in which all dealers would participate in. The decision was made to use direct mail, under the guidance of a local ad agency, as their primary advertising vehicle. We convinced the dealers, through multiple presentations, this would not be in their best interest. Also formed an executive advisory, made up of the Dealers, they met with the Publisher, Advertising Director, Art Director and myself on a bi-monthly basis.Companies I like:
