Coordinated building and maintenance activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of personal and equipment; billed, reported to and advised clients regarding treatment and preventative maintenance of pools, generated and integrated sales reports. · Developed job descriptions; successfully recruited, hired, trained, supervised, scheduled and evaluated staff; recognized, developed and enforced operating and safety standards and procedures; established and enforced operating and safety standards and procedures for maintenance services and repair; gave direction, resolved problems, prepared work schedules and set deadlines to ensure completion of services. HEALTH AND SAFETY · Instructed multiple Health & Safety courses for over 400 people; coordinated and taught in-service training in a variety of Health, Safety and First Aid courses. Research and coordinate the development of in-service training of a Bloodborne Pathogens Training Program specific for aquatics that incorporates the use of an interactive video, Facilitator’s Packet and Resource Library. · Annually spoke and represented The Greater Cleveland and The Greater Toledo Area Chapters of The American Red Cross.
