Responsibilities
I am responsible for managing communications accounts up to and exceeding 1000 lines. These responsibilities can include everything from ordering equipment to troubleshooting problem issues to reviewing and correct billings. I am also constantly in a call and e-mail queue in which we receive requests from all of our current customers and work to resolve those issues as quickly as possible.
