Responsible for providing all strategic and tactical direction for the staffing of all exempt and non-exempt level positions for the Great Lakes Business Unit including; Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Michigan. Manage a staff of eight direct reports responsible for hiring entry level to executive positions, which resulted in 2546 hires in 2006. ·Responsible for all recruiting functions for forty nine Sales Centers, eight production facilities and 7200 union and non-union Employees.
