Description
14 years of experience in H/R 4 years of experience in Staffing, Recruiting, and background/ licensing verification checks through medical agencies. Ability to apply policies and procedures of the Human Resource’s legal regulatory requirements (i.e. EEO, FMLA, ADA, NLRA, JCAHO accredited compliance). Ability to utilize many sources to meet recruiting efforts. Ability to demonstrate effective organization, time management, and to work well under pressure. Knowledge of H/R activities (i.e. employee relations, records and retention, benefits, safety, and OSHA regulations. SPHR in progress.
