Retail and online store manager, in this capacity, I have acquired a vast amount of management experience in all retail business. From: ? Manages staff of Museum Store sales personnel�s, buyers, key holders, and Merchandise managers. ? Acts as chief buyer/buying supervisor and merchandiser for the Museum Store; interfaces with venders, manufacturer�s representatives and other retail-related personnel. ? Interviews, hires and trains retail staff ? Supervises, with key staff, the outsourcer�s production of Museum-branded merchandise for re-ale. Selects vendors, solicits bids and oversees production. ? Develops and maintains personnel schedules and budgets for the Museum Store, including quarterly updates and revisions. ? Establishes policy and procedures for the retail store ? Provides timely reports on retail store sales and inventory activities to the Finance Department, and the Director. ? Develops and Managed Museum Retail E-Store. ? Fosters teamwork and collaboration in the retail process ? Responsible P&L, cost controls including payroll, merchandising and other costs. ? Works to enhance synergy in the Museum as it relates to retail sales and brand identification.
