My current job responsibilities are as follows:
·Project management on the successful completion on several programs including safety procedures for conformity, lab software implementation (equipment upgrades, LIMS and EDM-Flow), processes setups of workflow, management of change for organization of equipment in the lab, and product specification for business literature.
·Organization of ten labs including equipment P&E, purchasing capital equipment for lab, compliance to management of change for new processes, setup and operation of testing equipment, calibration coordination on all lab equipment, developing testing methods, training on lab equipment, and accuracy of the methods on data generated.
·Supervising four lab technicians for timely completion of projects in the testing labs for new product development, customer to quality issues, and datasheet testing.
Daily operation include; scheduling work assignments, prioritizing projects based on business needs, review all data complied for accuracy and compliance, develop the team to run more efficiently, weekly metrics on projects completion and turnaround of projects to meet business needs.
