- C.E. NIEHOFF & CO.: Saved approximately $200K in parts and distribution costs through time-phased volume purchasing, similar product package purchasing, cost analysis, payment negotiations, and reduced freight through local sources.
-C.E. NIEHOFF & CO.: Improved supplier base by adding extremely qualified vendors, driving a 10% reduction in nonconforming material rejections and associated production delays / line stoppages.

NIEHOFF & CO.: Smoothly transitioned several injection molded parts, raw Aluminum castings and machined Aluminum castings from one supplier to another without compromising quality or on-time delivery. Delivered $22k savings for injection molded parts, $124k in manufacturing process savings, and 50% reduction in contract machining costs.
- PARKVIEW METAL PRODUCTS: Managed re-slitting of 190K pounds of obsolete or slow moving inventory resulting in $30K savings.

- BUHRKE: Proposed and implemented use of contracted disabled assembly labor providing cost savings in labeling and packaging costs.
Administered $2.5M in purchasing contracts. Developed global purchasing strategy and managed contract process including opportunity analysis, assessment, sourcing, supplier selection, and implementation. Prepared purchase orders in Fourth Shift MRPII system for highly-complex, high-dollar categories and managed through inventory release. Advised and mentored four junior buyers.
