Manage all aspects of licensed businesses including marketing, financial, legal, product development, and new growth opportunities through extensive research of potential partners, territories, and products. Recommend and assist with the establishment of financial goals by licensee and the establishment of internal financial budgets. Regularly report on financial performance of categorical businesses to Nautica Senior Management ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. Liaise with the Home Coordinator and Sportswear Coordinator programs through the Strategic Retail Manager and VP of Store Development to execute initiatives with key retailers at the store and corporate levels.
