Started career as a Retail Sales Associate selling in the Home Improvement departments at Sears through high school and college. After graduating I worked full-time doing inside sales and outside sales for an industrial glass supply company while still working part-time in sales at Sears. I was promoted at Sears and went to work full-time there as a Sales Supervisor and was promoted to a Department Manager position. I went to work at for Babies 'R' Us as an Assistant Store Manager. I was recruited and hired by Neumann Homes, a residential home builder. I start there as a Production Coordinator and was promoted twice to Customer Care Coordinator and then Customer Service Representative which is the position I currently hold.
