Handled client’s staffing order requests and changes, monitored associate relations,
communications, and conducted investigations. Evaluated performance and coached
associates, made hiring/firing/layoff decisions, generated schedules, supervised payroll, and invoicing. Provided site reports to Director level such as forecasting, trend analysis, recruiting, and strategic planning. Developed and implemented associate, and
departmental action plans toward achievement of projected business goals.
