As an account manager I maintained the region's largest account through a major downturn in the housing market. This account is a carpentry subcontractor and began shopping our products to save money. I grew their acount during this time and formed a long term relationship with their purchaser that I maintain today. In my previous position I autonomously managed a construction division for the largest general contractor in the state of Minnesota. I had complete authority for project selection, division budgeting, profit and loss, hiring, project management and purchasing. I brought my division from nine years in the red to the black in my first year, plus I increased revenues.
