Description
My positions with Graybar and SupplyCore required the ability to think and act professionally, to provide excellent customer service and to meet customer expectations while helping to maintain the profitability to the company. While challenging, I found it extremely rewarding and satisfying during my years working with both military and civilian customers especially in supporting the warfighter to complete their mission. Working with both companies required me to effectively interact with customers, vendors, co-workers and management to provide support and results whenever needed no matter the challenge. I quickly learned the material and equipment requirements of the customers and how best to utilize vendors to meet those needs while ensuring that each order met the profitability needs of the companies
