Mr. Marvil has more than 38 years of experience in leadership and technical management across the following domains: individual and team training, human/system performance, readiness assessment, process development/implementation, and team building. I had 27 years of experience as a Naval Officer (06), (Surface Warfare) with a focus on training and shipboard combat systems, including command of an ASW frigate and major shore command of a Fleet Training Center. He has more than twenty-two years of experience in the civilian sector supporting Navy, Marine Corps, and Joint Services customers primarily in modeling and simulation-based training systems and high-technology programs.
