Mr. Marvil has more than 38 years of experience in leadership and technical management across the following domains: individual and team training, human/system performance, readiness assessment, process development/implementation, and team building. I had 27 years of experience as a Naval Officer (06), (Surface Warfare) with a focus on training and shipboard combat systems, including command of an ASW frigate and major shore command of a Fleet Training Center. He has more than twenty-two years of experience in the civilian sector supporting Navy, Marine Corps, and Joint Services customers primarily in modeling and simulation-based training systems and high-technology programs. His contractor work has included highly successful business development/program manager positions, fleet training, and tactical analyst work. He has been extremely active supporting the San Diego Surface Navy Association (SNA) Chapter since its inception in 1988. Relevant Work History/Experience: Training Analyst Alion Science & Technologies/Serco-NA, Dec 2016 - Sep 2020 Provided training analyst expertise to PMS 339's new Holistic Training Plan (HTP) initiative supporting both PMS 339 and COMNAVSURFPAC identifying training gaps that exist across the training continuum and getting them to the cognizant activity for resolution.
