* 7+ years' experience in a professional talent acquisition in a business development environment * Proven start and divesture result across multiple new enterprise-level startups * Experience working in a high-performance environment, & fast-paced staff/talent turnovers * Expertise managing multiple remote teams, introducing bonding practices and integration of cross-functional internal roles * Experience with CRM software, marketing, and sales automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Plus, etc., etc.) * Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Docs (Sheets, Presentations, etc., etc.) * Understanding of sales performance metrics and how to use for customer benefit * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to deliver engaging presentations, as well as educational insight webinars
