Directly responsible for the hiring of 370 non-exempt manufacturing professionals and over 40 quality salaried professionals. The salaried quality candidates ranged from sales, specialty engineers, production leaders in the manufacturing operations, quality operations and finance operations professionals. Received my BS in Environmental Science in 1991 from United States Military Academy at West Point. Commissioned in the US Army in the Field Artillery Branch, served in Europe and the US from 1991 until 1999, and commanded a battery of our nations finest. Entered corporate America with Johnson & Johnson in a marketing position in Professional Education and consequently joined the sales team in 2000.
