Description
Capitalizing on a split career between operational management and commercial real estate I developed a keen understanding of both operational efficiencies and effective space utilization. Upon graduation from college I worked for a food distribution company and was given the task of developing the logistical operation and facility which allowed McDonald's to convert from fresh to frozen foods. Working with the physical requirement, financial needs and facility design allowed me to transition into commercial real estate. Based in Hartford Connecticut I developed a client base consisting of all the financial institution HQed in the Hartford area. During the financial crisis in the early 90's these institutions asked me to reorganize their underperforming real estate partnerships which included operational components. These assignments required a quick turnaround which demanded that I quickly assessed the abilities of all employees and to develop key in order to accomplish the reorganization. Working on real estate project with many of the Fortune 200 gave me a keen understanding of their space requirements and facilities utilization.
