In charge of managing the annual QMS audit plan and implementation, process audits, external audits, internal and external CAPA/CARs, creation, updating, training on and control of all QMS and department documents, responding to and completing customer regulatory requests and requirements, participate in customer onboarding, initiate and lead cross-functional teams in process improvement activities, collect and analyze metrics data and track to see whether facilities are meeting objectives, lead quality management meetings.
