View verification through Common Point of Access to Social Services (COMPASS), Document Imaging System (DIS) and Universal Content Manager (UCM) Process applications/reviews using appropriate criteria and policies correctly and in a consistent manner. Processes case transfers in accordance with applicable policies and conduct Quality Reference Checks during Standard of Promptness (SOP) * Provides consultation and technical assistance to Outreach providers, county and district staff and the general public regarding OFI programs SNAP, Medicaid, TANF and $TARS * Maintain relationship with community partner agencies across the county to increase partner agencies for outreach services. Operations * Support the Clayton County CSA partners with outreach, reports, and presentations for board of directors, stakeholders, city council, funders, etc. * Collaborate on the development of Community Engagement strategic plan, key outcomes, and performance measurements and produce monthly administrative and programmatic reports. * Initiate and manage contracts with public entities, partners and vendors and coordinate necessary annual audits, registrations and reporting. * Supervise Community Support Case Managers, Office Support & Food Pantry Staff, Temporary/Seasonal Staff to develop and evaluate direct service performance goals, establish and implement service delivery protocol and ensure HIPPA-compliant documentation. * Maintain agency hard copy and digital files and archive * Orchestrate special and large scale events and managed registration. Coordinate and manage multiple priorities and projects * Collect and analyze data for planning, tracking and ongoing improvement of the target areas and for the coordinating data collection with other key partners. * Ensure contract compliance with all HUD, Federal, State, and Local Government laws, regulations, policies, and procedures when appropriate. * Implement and facilitate various initiatives in Fatherhood Engagement, Women Empowerment, GED, Career Fairs for community residents and stakeholders to receive information, guidance, and development in the areas of homeownership/housing, business/entrepreneurship and financial literacy, and development training/opportunities. Human Resource & Financial Management * Manage supervisors, Economic Support staff and regional liaisons Supervision staff of ten while providing positive guidance and resources to ensure staff can and will meet or exceed satisfactory performance goals. Monitor closely all daily work performance and productivity * Participate in staff recruitment and interview panels * Maintain knowledge of current trends and development while compiling and reporting data to Region XIV Fulton County Deputy Director * Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to assure effective processes and controls for project monitoring, disbursement of funds, and reimbursement of direct and indirect project costs. * Coordinate opportunities in target area resources with philanthropic community to fund quality of life projects. * Assist in analyzing financial statements, development pro-formas, reviewing due diligence items, and negotiating financing terms with developers, non-profits and community development corporations. * Assist in leveraging available federal, state, local and private funds to support integrated strategic investment for the transformation of designated areas. * Develop detailed work plans and program budgets, including identifying and utilizing outside funding sources to implement program objectives. * Provide periodic (monthly, quarterly, and/or annual) reporting of program/initiative progress toward meeting work plan goals and budget.
