Knowledgeable in all sides of processing loan, including FHA, VA, HUD, and Residential mortgage. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all level of personnel. * Extensive knowledge and understanding of analysis of business process and enhance operations to accomplish business objective. * Ability to identify and assess issues and make sound decision. * Track delivery progress of shipments, advise clienteles on transportation and payment method, and notify respective departments on cargo arrival and arrange delivery. Outstanding interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers, employees, intradepartmental and other entities * Six plus years of related analytical proficiency, preferably with loan data. * Ability to run formulas, functions, and format data in Microsoft Excel. * Highly proactive and detail oriented, an analytical problem solver, strong oral and written communication skills and result oriented * The ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, and set priorities and deadlines * Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans * Ability to thoroughly research loan information and retrieve loan documents * Exceptional leadership, researcher, mentoring and coaching skills critical thinking and active listening. * Advice customers of the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
