Caracole: My role as the National Sales Manager included managing 5 employees within my department, Prospecting and vetting all new Dealer/trade inquiries. This included retail, A&D and contract/hospitality leads. This required me to work closely with our 13 Brand Ambassadors to determine and set distribution agreements for our domestic dealers. * Reviewed all sales metrics and helped to set budgets and quotas in a team setting. * 25% -35% travel to give PowerPoint presentations to larger A&D firms. * Provided support to the contract sales reps. This included working with our factory overseas to negotiate quotes and costing for custom projects. Collaborated with our logistics department to help secure an accurate timeline for delivery. * Trade shows: HPMKT, Atlanta Market, BDNY, ICFF. * In the 4 years at Caracole, I helped grow the sales channel 20% yearly.
