Built a uniform pipeline for RNA-Seq data analysis. Identified genome-wide differentially methylated regions (DMRs) triggered by physical training. Identified important pathways that are regulated by physical training-triggered DNA methylation. Identified targets of novel mitochondrial miRNAs.
