Cynthia Linkes is an experienced clinician and versatile healthcare senior leader. She began her career as an oncology nurse and has held numerous leadership positions. Her leadership positions include Director of Nursing-Ambulatory Psychiatric Services, National Director-Healthcare Management Quality Improvement, National Director-Learning and Performance, Senior National Director-Consumer Care Management, Chief Nurse Executive-Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, and Individual Mobilization Augmentee for the USAF Inspector General. Over the past 19 years Cynthia has directed and supervised national healthcare management and population health teams related to quality improvement, learning and development, utilization management, case management, disease management, and behavioral health. In that capacity, she mentored and led a variety of teams through successful NCQA and URAC accreditations, as well as state and federal level compliance audits. Cynthia's strengths are in the areas of emotional intelligence, written and verbal communication, auditing with a focus on quality improvement, teaching and mentoring, and executive leadership involving innovative and strategic thinking. Cynthia recently completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Executive Administrative Management.
